Services
Town & Country Veterinary Hospital was established in 1986 in Junction City, Kansas by Dr. Robert Haynes with the help of his wife and lifetime partner, Pamela. Dr. Haynes graduated from Kansas State University in 1986 and opened a mobile large animal veterinary practice servicing northeastern Kansas and JC Livestock Sales Inc (a large sale barn located in Junction City).
Dr. Haynes grew up on his family's Hereford Cattle and Quarter Horse ranch south of Wamego, KS. This farm has been in the family for over 125 years. In 1979, he received a BS degree in Animal Science at Kansas State University and took a job as cowherd manager for a purebred Angus farm in Connecticut.

This was my first experience with T& C, as I just moved to Junction City. In preparation for his neuter surgery, I tooj my cat Justice to T&C for Rabies & distemper shots. The front desk ladies were very friendly & welcoming. The vet himself was prompt & professional while. There was literally NO WAITING, neither in the waiting room nor the consultation room. Surgery scheduled for 3 weeks later. Past experiences with other vets was surgery scheduled at least 2 months later. It clearly obvious that the staff at T&C love animals. I was very pleased with T&C & will be taking my other cat kid Jake

I wish I could give more than 5 stars ! Dr. Haynes was right there for emergency care for my 21 year old cat. He is very professional and compassionate at the same time. I've been bringing my pets to them for many years now and HIGHLY recommend the Town & Country Veterinary Hospital. Thank you for taking good care of my beloved pets

This is the most amazing place with an amazing vet! I called last Sunday morning in a panic, spoke to Pam. Seems the Dr was singing at church, but she kindly offered to meet when he was done. They made a special trip to the office to deal with my distress and treat my lil dog. I was amazed at the wonderful service, the kindness of both of them and even more so at the price! I will return!
