Called last night & scheduled for the service to happen at 3pm today. Received a phone call from them after 3:30 saying they wouldn't be here until 4pm. Waited until 4:30 where I called & canceled. How do you expect to run a business if you can't be on time or at least have the courtesy to call and let your customer know you're running behind schedule?

My first experience w/garage door replacement, w/garage door anything. I didn't know who to call so I literally called the first person who came up in my Google search and man I got lucky. Austin (owner) came out on his day off. My garage door was hanging off track by a very thin cable and I was honestly so worried it would fall on top of the hood of my truck. Don't be thrown off by is youthful look like I was. When I opened my door to let him in I said to myself, "Oh GREAT they've sent me a child!". Had Austin and Triton Door remove an old 16X7 door, enlarge the opening and install a 16X8 door. They did a great job. They were easy to work with, they cleaned up after themselves and the door looks and works great. I am happy and would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Triton Garage Door. They recently installed a new garage door at my residence and did an outstanding job. The price was fair along with the upgrades I purchased. No hard sales pitch which I really appreciate. They helped install the app to our phones and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
