Alpine is the only place in Idaho Falls (and surrounding area) to go to for all of your jewelry needs. They have always been very attentive when I go in, and they all know a lot of their customers by name. I have had rings re-sized, fixed, watch batteries replaced, cleanings, purchased several pieces from them, and each time was a very pleasurable experience!

The service wasn't great at this Idaho Falls location. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and it felt very rushed. It made me feel anxious. I had them resize my ring and it's still too big, even though they sized me at 5 3/4 and the sizing ring they used fit perfectly.
The Rexburg location had exceptional service and after going there I was just disappointed by the service at this location.

Went to see how much I could trade in a ring for. Waited for an available person to help me. Three more couples came in after me and they were helped first. Eventually I did some recieve some assistant but the guy who helped me was really rude. If your a women I would not go in there because NO one will help you!!!

We ordered the ring for my fiancé and when it came in just 2 weeks before the wedding it didn't fit! Riley was on the ball, figured out where the hiccup was l, worked with the ring company, and got us a new ring STAT. The ring came in with plenty of time before our wedding day. I am so grateful for these guys!

Went here to get my ring resized after having my Son. They had to resize it twice because both times failed. They blamed it on the integrity and thinness of the ring but I never had any issue with my wedding ring until after they resized it poorly. Real gold, real stone, and it was ruined. Very disappointed.

I had received an discount for a band in the mail, and went in to pick it up and another guy accidentally rang it up wrong, so I called and Scott was very polite and forthcoming and made it all right. This was the first jewelry store we went to where I felt comfortable with the salespeople, and there were enough options to want to sit down and look at them. Riley was a great listener and helped out a lot! They had enough inventory and style variety for me to find something I liked. No other place had anything close and I always walked out a little sad there weren't more style options to try on. This was the last jewlery store we went to. You should make it your first stop.
