My Dad just moved in to Autumn Springs Assisted Living last week. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. It has 52 residences, a dining area, and a recreational area. It is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is secure.
Margo assisted us with the paperwork, eagerly answered all of our questions, and made the process simple all while keeping up a running banter with my father, who by the way just loves her.

Former employee here, my wages and duties were vastly misrepresented to me during my interviewing process, by the administrator. Administrator refused to allow me to clock out leave or stop working for lunch breaks, but I was docked the pay despite not being allowed to have a break. Lowest paying job in billings to my knowledge at $9.50/hr (Administrator actually agreed this is the case). After discussing my financial difficulties with the administration, I was fired over voicemail, leaving this building with 3 fof 6 full time positions filled , and 2 part time positions of 4. My sister has resided at Autumn Springs for a little over 2 years. The family and I are extremely pleased with the management, staff, and quality of living she is receiving. If you or a loved one are searching for a place, look no more. I do suggest you take a tour, meet some of the residents and see for your self, you too will also be pleased you stopped by.

My mom has a been a resident for 3 months, she and our family are glad that we selected Autumn Springs for her assisted living residence. We looked at several assisted living facilities in the Billings area and Autumn Springs stood out as the best. The management and staff are helpful and pleasant, the food is good, and the facility is clean and well maintained.
