The folks here are great to work with! They have always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I’ve had life changes (new car, marriage, new house, etc) they’ve been great about getting all they need to know about the situation and presents me with insurance options that best meets my needs... and with great rates! Ann Bush, what an easy and quick way to get the best insurance, and information and best price I could have ever hoped for!!! I heard WV was heaven on earth, so she must be an Angel. I moved here after 20 yrs in so cal, followed by 18 years on the island of Maui, Hawaii. And landed in Lewisburg, which is almost heaven, but nothing like I have ever experienced. I was a customer of this place for 5 years maybe more. However this place has a really rude unhelpful group of employees. After I had been quoted for a lower price at a higher level than the office. I was told I was wrong they don’t do that. No one attempted to look into that at all they just knew they were right. She would rather set and file her nails then attempt to help me figure the issue out. I was going to be paying twice the amount I was told by the higher up.
Also don’t ever use their towing that is complimentary because they will count that as a claim against you. Would have been
