We chose to be an appointment based salon to dedicate the appropriate time to each client & service. Therefore, appointments are required. We understand life happens. Please give us a courtesy call if you are running late. We may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to accommodate.

Still my one and only nail salon! I have never been disappointed by any services I have gotten at Bliss (Dip Mani and Essential Pedi are my go to), and every time I've had to move my appointments around, no matter how complicated, Doan has always stepped in to save the day. I've had the pleasure to sit down with a few of Bliss' technicians and though Tang is my go to, I would not hesitate to entrust someone else to do my nails. Highly recommend!!

After I posted the below review, the owner Doan called me to find out about my experience. She was extremely apologetic and upset that our experience was not up to the standards she sets. She refunded our services which was unexpected and most appreciated. I was extremely impressed with how this was handled. Kudos to the Doan for reaching out!

By far the best nail place I have ever been to! I have gotten my nails done here for over 2 years. Doan has created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for anyone who walks through the door. Tang has done my nails for almost all my appointments and he is truly incredible. He is very creative and talented, I always get plenty of compliments on my nails. I am truly obsessed with how beautiful my nails are every time and I always look forward to all my appointments. The place is by far the cleanest nail salon I've been to and very professional!

I need to retract a previous negative review, in which I have only 2 stars… it was not the business’ issue but a mis communication in my part. I should have clarified the issue much sooner and I regret not doing so sooner. This spa is truly a spa and not just a mail salon. The cleanliness, professionalism of staff and personalized service you get makes you feel like a family friend and not just a patron. This is definitely the best spa and nail studio you will find in the area!

You know the old saying-screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time. We aren't a good fit is an understatement. I won't go into the first issue, I could see past one. But two, nope. The owner appears nice enough but will treat you poorly if she sees fit and in such a nice voice. I am sure she will have a retort and I honestly don't care as I know the truth. Beware they will charge you for a no show even if you cancel the appt. Which she said I didn't. um, yes I did. I’ve been a regular at bliss nail salon for almost two years. Kathy is my go to girl but I’ve had my nails done by every staff member at some point and they are all very talented. The quality is amazing. My nails never crack or break off and I go in every three weeks. The best part about bliss is how kind and inviting everyone is. I look forward to my appointments because it feels like I’m hanging out with old friends. They really take the time to get to know their clients. Business thrive with a friendly, high energy, lively atmosphere. This place was so not that. The towel use to clean my skin was so dirty- it was once white due to poor laundry skills it's was so dirty!! it was now grey. Horror-

I am a regular at Bliss Nail Spa and cannot say enough great things about the staff & environment at Bliss. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating to all needs. Bliss is by far the best nail salon I have been to. The staff truly feels like family and they always are able to do my nails exactly as I want. The spa itself is very clean and Covid friendly. They are consistently cleaning and take temperatures upon arrival. It is such a relaxing environment. The owner, Doan, is as sweet as can be. She has made this salon into my absolute favorite place to spend my off days. I could go on and on

Came in a week ago to get gel done on my nails. Five days later one of my nails completed came off. I came back in today to have it fixed. Not only did they charge me for it but the same thing happened again ten minutes after I left the salon. I’ve been doing gel nails for over 10 years and that never happened to me. They broke and cracked but never perfectly came off my nails like that. I called the salon and got the owner on the phone. Explained to her that the nail fell off again. Went here Wednesday for a gel mani and pedicure and by Saturday morning two of my gel nails have already peeled off and another is starting to lift. My toenail is chipped already too. I spent $90 including a generous tip. The pedicure was the second level up and they told me it was one that had two levels of foot scrubbing. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes and it was weak and he barely scrubbed my heels... which are still rough because I can feel them get caught on things. I’m really not happy with my services done there and I will not be returning.

I cannot day enough wonderful things about Bliss Nail Spa. Doan and her staff are extremely professional and do a terrific job. From the moment you call for an appointment til the time you walk out the door, you will feel their positivity.
I have appointments booked with Lena through mid-year! I have a gel mani every 3 weeks and my nails have never been healthier or looked better.

Definitely recommend this place. EVERYONE should check it out. This isn't an ordinary nail salon. My wife was SUPER happy with her nails. It took me FOREVER to find a good salon. She would normally cry after they were done because of how bad they looked. The staff here took their time and the place is very elegant. Very courteous staff as well. Check it out.

Love this place! Doan and her team are committed to bringing you the best products and ensuring that you enjoy your experience. Their team is friendly and loves what they do. It is truly unlike any other nail spa I’ve been in because you’re not hit with the usual strong smell as you walk through the doors. I have tried many nail salons and I just love this place. The atmosphere, the staff, the nail knowledge and the expert service all make this location a complete package. It's a must visit in Fort Mill if you need a little pampering and your nails or toes really cute. Please call & schedule an appt, as it's not your last minute, walk-in and wait 30 min plus kind of experience.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone was so friendly and made sure every detail of my nails were perfect! I will absolutely never ever go anywhere else! Lena did my manicure and did an absolute phenomenal job! They really get to know you and I found out they give 10 percent off to nurses on Wednesdays! I would definitely recommend giving them a shot :)
