The only reason I gave 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars.
We were VERY VERY unhappy with the service we received. We explained what we wanted to Mohammed and the product installed was NOT what we wanted/expected. Mohammed refused to accept any responsibility at all and instead placed the blame squarely on us.
He did promise to give us the product we wanted - for additional money of course - but I have tried numerous times to get that going and Mohammed only has excuses for me, promising to call me back and doesn't. Mohammed is a liar and does not keep his word. DO NOT go to this business

My car got broken into so my friend recommended me this place to get my rear window replaced and tinted! Highly recommend:)) very nice! only complaint is that I set up an appointment and they said they would have my window in stock by then cause they had to order it from somewhere else and when I arrived on the day of my appointment the guy said he had to call a nearby warehouse to see if they had it cause they didn't have it there. Thankfully they did! But if they didn't I would've been very upset :((

I was totally frustrated that a rock cracked my windshield. I contacted Hurricane Auto glass because they are close to my job. They offered same day installation. I had an appointment at 2p and they started on replacing my windshield at 2p. Staff were professional and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend them!

Have had tinting on at least 6 vehicles here over the years. My family and friends many more than that. Always professional and a quick turn around. I’ve never had any tiny bubble or crack and have never had to have anything replaced. This is that place whenever a friend ask where to get their windows done, you always suggest them.

I had my windows tinted here back in 2005. I still own the same truck. The tinting on the driver window had begun to bubble and after 16 years the rear window tint began to slide downward. I took it in 4/12/21 with my receipt and they did honor the lifetime warranty and replaced the tint at no charge to me. Very honorable IMO. Very satisfied customer here.

I had my windows tinted here 5yrs ago and was told there was a lifetime warranty on all tint jobs. When the tint recently started bubbling I went back to inquire about the warranty but was told the tint I originally purchased did not include a warranty. Even though I was given incorrect info when the work was originally performed, Sam was very nice and honored the warranty and removed and replaced the tint at no cost. 5yrs in the Texas heat will do a number on your window tint so make sure you use this place as they are reputable and actually stand behind their work. Thanks!!

This guy does not need another 5 Star review, but I'll add on to what everyone else is saying. Sam is great. The shop does great work. No hidden fees, no hidden discounts either. Whether your a dealer or the average Joe everyone gets the same price and the same great work. I got a new bed liner and my windows tinted in just a few hours, and it came back looking great. Stop looking around, this is the place to go.

I had my tint for 4 years and it looks just like new from the day they installed them.
They stand behind their work and will try their best to accommodate your needs. This review can't give them enough credit and I'd recommend anybody to take their car there.

Had my window broken in and needed to get it replaced ASAP. I'm always wary of car shops for obvious reasons. To my pleasant surprise, Hurricane Auto is professional, honest, and reliable. The people here did an excellent job on replacing my windshield! Plus lifetime guarantee. And their pricing is pretty competitive too (just call for a quote prior to arriving). No fluff, no ulterior motives, no shady agenda. They finished the job quicker than expected. The location is right off the highway and easy to find. I recently had a spray in bed liner, 2way viper alarm with remote start and power door actuators installed here. Sam was very helpful and had my truck back to me the same day. I came back today to have them strip the poor quality window tint off my front windows and installed some new tint. These guys do flawless work and are very reasonably priced . I would recommend them to anyone.

Went here after a friend recommended as we were looking to get our tinted glasses replaced. We were quickly attended to, no time wasted..and were shown a couple of options. Again, quick fix to our windows and we definitely found the rates very reasonable for the quality of work they delivered. The service was much better than we got earlier at other chain retailers.
