Prime Home Construction provides emergency roof repairs during inclement weather to help our customers minimize interior damage to their home and its contents. Our experienced and dedicated employees are your best line of defense to diagnose the problem and make effective repairs. In cases where the roofing is simply beyond repair, we can often do temporary covers using roofing materials and tarping when possible.
We have over 10 years of experience in the residential roofing industry and can install a variety of materials from quality manufacturers. Prime Home Construction was called in after an existing metal roof had suffered storm damage. The material used on the roof was discontinued so we helped our client with their insurance claim. Prime Home Construction helped a customer get a new roof for free (excluding the deductible) and handled the whole process of the insurance claim.
When a roof system is beyond repair or restoration, or upon the building owners request we can install a re-roofing system. This can be done by a complete tear off or a roof overlay. As the building's protection against the elements, the roof is not only the most vulnerable part of the structure, but its integrity is essential, as it ensures the contents of the building against weather damage.

Miguel and his team did a great job fixing, painting, and adding new drywall to several areas of our home following damages due to a failed sump pump and ice dams. It took some time dealing with insurance but Miguel’s estimates were helpful and we were able to submit to insurance/claims adjuster. When they completed the job I noticed that several baseboards did not match our previous trim. I sent Miguel photos and his team came out and gave us all new baseboard to match at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend and work with Miguel and his team for future projects.

Were professional, on time and did an excellent job. They replaced my roof and had a new furnace and ducting installed. Everything was completed quickly and to a high standard. They listened to my concerns about where to run the new ducting for the HVAC through the house since I was converting from boiler heat to forced air.
I was very impressed they did not nickel and dime me on small changes and extras. Moved one HVAC vent, changed register openings and had to replace some roofing boards.
Prices were very fair and competitive. Will definitely use them again.

I contacted Prime Home Construction because my roof was leaking. Many companies would suggest a total roof replacement, but they let me know I just needed a repair. Miguel was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The repair was completed in one day, and the problem has been solved! I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome! They put all new siding on our house, new windows, and a new roof. There was a crew of 6 - 8 that came everyday. They arrived promptly at 8:00 and stayed until 5:00 on the dot. They worked efficiently, but were also good with detail.
Everyday when we came home they were so excited to see us to show the work they had done. Everyone seemed to really take pride in their work.
There was more work to be done than we originally anticipated - our old siding went way below the ground so there was a lot of extra digging to get done. They did it with a smile on their face, did
