Took our trailer to have a slide motor replaced, AGAIN... Charged upwards of $600 to replace. Ask them politely to show me that it was fixed before I took it home to make sure that it worked properly, Mr Jeff told me we can check it when we get home told him we paid a lot of money to replace this part I would like to make sure it worked he stormed out to check the slider for us like I inconvenienced him, they lost our wheel chocks proceeded to give us two extra pieces of scrap wood to replace that. Also wanted to charge us for a refrigerator valve for around $900. Rude service, unprofessional,

Started shopping for a patio boat, ended up using a dealership (It's a small fishing boat in Rancho Cordova, Ca) because Harrison's didn't have their Lowe boats in yet. What a mistake that was, had so much mechanical issues with our brand new boat and ASFB dealership was absolutely the worst. Luckily Bill, a sales associate at Harrison's Marine I had been communicating with and Scott, the service manager took over the nightmare repair and maintenance work we were stuck with. They did the work promptly and professionally with the best customer service. They worked with the Lowe warranty company

My husband and I just purchased our first RV. I cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism and courtesy and expertise from the people at Harrisons Marine & RV. Our sales person was Harry, and he is very experienced, and low pressure, which I appreciated! Harry answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable looking at RVs.

They responded to my question within an acceptable time frame via Email.
They answered my questions in detail, engine size and time frame of how soon I could pick it up from prep. I asked another question and they responded saying they were removing the factory seats (why?) and upgrading them to another model. Therefore the price is going up. I did not want the mysterious upgraded seats. (I doubt they upgraded anything, and it is not the cost up charge as much as the act of it that bothers me)

Out of necessity I went to Harrison's looking for a travel trailer. I am retired and have limited income. I tried for several days to obtain financing for the trailer as did the dealership. I was turned down but, did not give up. I have bought numerous cars, motorcycles, boats, and RV's in my life, however, this purchase became a nightmare. I wrote a review voicing my dipleasure which upset the dealership. I finally obtained the financing on my own and when I contacted the dealership to buy the trailer I was told that I could not purchase the trailer unless I amended my previous review. Reluctantly

My experience with Harrison’s Marine has been phenomenal. I’ve purchased 2 new boats from Bill Tobias over the last year an half. The sales transactions have been extremely smooth. He has answered any question or concern I’ve had. He has also given his insight in my purchasing decisions while also getting the exact boat I want. We bought a pontoon 2019, took it out We took it to the dealer, motor problems. they had our boat for several months, they said there was water in the fuel. that was the end of september last year. We did not take our boat out again due to work, fall, winter, rain. this weekend was the first chance we had to take it out. WE were towed in! the problem was never fixed, we were told it was a wire, our initial complaint about the motor was written down incorrectly we paid over 500.00. I call them today to tell them its not fixed and we are having the same issue. the response was , its been over 7 months

My insurance company just cut me a check for $3k for repairs on my RV. Today (5/6/2020) I walked into Harrison's to see about them doing the work. I walked up to the service desk and a man in his mid-50's standing at the "parts" desk looked at me with annoyance that I was there and asked, "what do you need." Since I needed "service" I pointed toward the service desk and said, "service desk...". The man then repeated with even more annoyance in his voice, "what do you need."

We were on a trip recently from San Diego to North Idaho, and along the way, we decided our ToyHauler did not offer us all we wanted in an RV. We bought our boat from them several years ago. We don't use it and want to sell it so we took it up to them . That was several weeks ago and we are still waiting to be payed . We have been lied to , cannot get our phone calls returned . But they have our boat up for sale right now ! My husband talked to the Highway patrol . My niece and her husband are in the sheriffs department and have told us to contact DMV and to file a form , and that the boat can not be sold at this time . DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM HERE!!!!!
We took our trailer in when it was under warranty. Harrisions did not fix the problem correctly and we assumed and trusted that they did. Now there is more damage and we are looking at 3,000 in damage. We have tried to call for over a year and they do not call us back completely ignore us.
DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

We purchased our trailer here a year ago and have had nothing but problems with this dealer. They consistently gave us wrong info on warranty work and very very slow on actually fixing various problems. We have constantly called the manufacturer to verify the information they gave us. I think the service department may be understaffed but there is no excuse for the poor customer service. Will never purchase anything from this business again

They are rude and arrogant. The service department must be short staffed. It's been two weeks and they haven't looked at our boat yet.
Check out other options. It's not a great place.
