Finding a reliable and skilled contractor can be harder than locating a needle in a haystack. Needed old carpets in the whole house removed and oak floors and stairs sanded and refinished. I decided on Steve Leger based on his knowledge and accessibility. I almost didn't go with him because he didn't provide some answers I was seeking but was telling me to trust him that he knew what he was doing. I agree with above reviews , Steve knows his stuff. They did an awesome job for me and my wife in our modest home in Bergen county. My husband and I decided it was time to get rid of carpet in the dining room and refinish the hardwood floors underneath. I asked on a community based Facebook page for flooring recommendations. About five of the six responders said that Steve was the guy to use. I was impressed by Steve's work and professionalism. He came when he said he would. He cleaned up the workspace after every visit. The quality of his work is wonderful. My floors turned out so much better than I thought they would. I would not hesitate to use him for other flooring projects.
