I read several limousine company reviews and chose Baystate because of those reviews. I made the right choice for sure.
I called less than 24 hours of needing their services. The owner, John, answered my call on one ring. He told me he answers the phone live 24/7 which I found amazing!! I asked if he could accommodate me for the next day at 1:00 for a trip into Boston to a museum and then to a restaurant in the north end. He said he would send a nice town car to me for this time. I was quoted a very reasonable price and booked the service. As promised, the driver, Jerry, whom I highly recommend

Bay State Limo was awesome. Called two limo companies for sweet 16 celebration and Bay State returned call immediately. Adam, owner John, and driver Jeff were in full customer-attention mode on phone, in person. Beautiful, new Lincoln MKZ stretch had all bells and whistles for girls to enjoy. Definite go-to team for next engagement!

I had an excellent experience with Bay State. Our driver was Jeff and after finding out he just started driving I was amazed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail from him. My advice is ask for Jeff, great kid all around!! I'm sure the other drivers are great as well but Bay State is clearly my only choice for transportation!
