Jeff Newlin Painting is a second generation, family-owned business with over 35 years of success in the painting industry. Specializing in both commercial and residential properties, we work to transform indoor spaces and building exteriors with the right paint. We understand the emotional value of paint and the importance of color, and we help to create a space that will best reflect who you are.

At Jeff Newlin Painting, we are proud to offer high-quality craftsmanship that can't be beat, and our commitment to quality work and doing the job right the first time is what sets us apart from our competition. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we always leave behind beautifully finished surfaces that you'll be proud to show off.

At Jeff Newlin Painting, we are proud to serve as a full-service painting contractor in the Winchester area. No job is too big or too small for our experienced staff, and whether you want work done indoors or outdoors, we can leave you with a beautiful space. Whether you need a new coat of paint for your commercial business or your home, make Jeff Newlin Painting your first call.
A fresh coat of paint can be a major improvement to your home or business, but painting is a time-intensive process. At Jeff Newlin Painting, we offer interior and exterior painting services that will help your property look its best. At Jeff Newlin Painting, we work with you at every step in the painting process to make sure you are thrilled with the final product.
For many homeowners, barns and sheds aren't a major priority when it comes to painting. However, your barn provides a ton of value to your property, and it also stores many of your important belongings. You deserve to have a beautiful barn that becomes a focal point to your yard, and something as simple as a fresh coat of paint can drastically alter the appearance of your structure.
A fresh coat of paint can help to extend the life of your fence while making it look beautiful. Wooden fences are exposed to a variety of weather conditions throughout the year - snow, dirt, sun, rain - and these elements can damage the wood. To protect your fence, you'll want to ensure that it is waterproof, and with the right paint or stain, you'll also prevent the wood from twisting or warping.

I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Newlin Painting. Jeff made several house calls and phone calls to me before the project started to make sure we were on the same page with everything. His team was incredibly talented and professional. The interior painting looks amazing...I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with!!

I called Jeff Newlin and spoke with him over the telephone about painting a barn my wife and I own in Stephenson, VA. From the very beginning I knew I was talking to someone that seemed to be honest and dependable and explained a lot of things to me about paint that I had not considered.
