Services
We tossed our business suits for bathing suits, got our wisdom teeth pulled while we still had coverage and signed up for every credit card we could. On the same day, within ten minutes of each other, we walked out of our jobs, grabbed a drink and started chasing the American Dream. We joke about it now, but we'd wait nine months to live the Good Life for those three on the Vineyard with our friends and family.
Make a private shopping appointment at your local store and let us help you find the perfect gift. It costs a flat fee of $12.95 and is available in most locations if you live within 10 miles of one of our participating retail stores. Please note that if your order contains both Same-Day Delivery and Standard Ground Shipping items, you'll be charged two separate delivery fees.

Excellent service and going above and beyond is what I experienced at Vineyard Vines in north hills, Raleigh. The store was about to close when I called to inquire about hours. The associates teamed up to pull what we needed for our teenage son and waited for us to arrive. The service and professionismo of this team was notable and its important to appreciate when individuals go above and beyond. Thank you Friday night Vineyard Vines team. You made a family new to the area feel welcome. And to top it off our teen was very happy with the selections we brought home for him! Huge win all around!

It's nice to have a VV walking distance from our home rather than making the trek out to Southpoint. I've shopped here multiple times in the past and everyone was so friendly. I will have to say the past two visits I was not greeted and left to my own devices....certainly not a deal breaker but I was shocked since I have had great shopping experiences here in the past. I still ended up leaving with some long sleeve Ts and a couple Shep shirts as gifts. I'll likely come back again but at this rate I'll just head over to Belk where they have a similar selection and a friendlier

When I see large signs that red "25% OFF EVERYTHING" I shouldn't have to ask what the exceptions are. Of course the two things I wanted to purchase were exceptions. There are always exceptions, I get that. But stop using the word "EVERYTHING" if "EVERYTHING" is not included. Staff are very selective in who they greet. But that's Vineyard Vines in North Hills for you, right? Their slogan "Every day should feel this good" does not apply to this store. If you want to feel cheated and not good enough to walk into a store, then this is the place for

The shopping experience here is atrocious which is so unfortunate because I frequent North Hills every week. The first time I went the crew literally stared at me with no greeting but I still made a purchase for my daughter and the second time I went someone literally asked me where my young daughter's leash was and if I had left it at home. She literally touched nothing in the store and didn't make a peep but apparently even though they have a toddler section you can't bring one in there without a leash. I am writing this review to help encourage more in depth training of staff
