Took a gold rope in to get fixed and when I came to pick up it was in more pieces than when I left it. They had no remorse and told me there was nothing they could do. They simply couldn’t fix it. So my thing is you couldn’t fix it so you broke it MORE?! Wow!! They use to be the best now wait time is longer also they break your valuables and have no resolution. Very sad!

I wanted to share a photo of a beautiful necklace that my late husband had made for me here on our first Christmas together. The stone is one of several that he found in Fallujah while he was working for the DoD during the wars there. His friend put them in his rock tumbler and that stone was always my favorite from them and he had Stroup's Jewelry mount the stone and add a golden chain ! I have always and will continue to cherish this beautiful necklace from you all. Thank you guys so much.

They have beautiful jewelry but they can also work with you to do custom jewelry pieces! I was happily surprised to see that they offer ear piercing as well ! I took my 6 year old last Friday and got her ears pierced for the first time and she did so great because of how well the piercing process is there! Highly recommend this jewelry store !!
