Kool Breeze Solar Hats
Our credo outlines the values that drive our purpose, decision making and continued innovative measures around the globe. Established since 2007, Kool Breeze Solar Hat is a California based company providing patented solar hats worldwide. Our battery-free solar powered hat instantly ventilates your head, once sunlight hits the ingrained solar panel.

We have over a decade of valuable experience in testing, manufacturing and evaluating innovative solar cooling hats. Our one of a kind, unique products have been handmade and designed to address the one common denominator for all outdoor activities- the sun. Our hats are scientifically proven to cool down your head and body by 10 degrees, after 5 minutes of sun exposure.
Services
All of our solar hats are handmade and assembled in the U.S. We are proud to offer solar powered straw hats that work on 100% green renewable power. There are no battery needed. Our solar hats have a sun protection of UPF50 +. There is a reason our customers rate our hats 5-stars year after year. To feel the benefits of our solar hats simply step outside under the sun and feel the "kool" breeze.
First, you'll need a friend, and a soft tape measure. Look straight ahead and have your helper measure your head. Using the soft tape - they should measure over your hair, just above your ears, and a half inch above your eye brows. Another way to determine hat size is to try on a hat and check the size.

Horrible customer service. I never received my hat and they are not willing to replace it. If you are interested in this product buy from Amazon at least the back it up if don’t receive it.

Bought a solar hard hat. Not used on a daily basis. Only lasted about 6 months. Just quit working or taking a charge. Wouldn’t recommend this hard hat

So it is what it is. It works, but the RPMs (speed of fan) could be stronger. It's only March in Texas, and all of you here know how hot it is out here. It's not even summer yet. For $124, I expected it to cool me off better. I looked at their return policy. Conveniently enough they don't give back money, just exchange. (Why would I want more of what I'm not happy with the first time?) That's the only reason I'm keeping it. So I'll wait for that "groundbreaking fan technology" to break out. WiReD magazine is saying any day now.
