Dawn was born and raised in Bridge City where her parents still live today. She obtained her teaching degree from Lamar University in 1996. Afterwards, she taught 3rd Grade for seven years within the Port Arthur Independent School District before focusing full-time on her and her husband's real estate holdings.

Issues with deposit. Mistaken for another apartment ... charged rent for a week we did not occupy. Charged $350 for maintenance repairs which again were mistaken in the “mix up”. The $150 cleaning fee is automatic so don’t worry about how clean the place is when you leave. Also have yet to receive a $280 CREDIT on our account from previous issues with our previous deposit from a previous property we rented from them. A phone call or email back would suffice but these people are very unprofessional as far as communication. Would not recommend.
