After about 5 different companies, Tillis Pest Control is definitely the best one. I have had them for about a year or so now and they are the one you want to hire. on the outside, they killed the weeds and NOT the grass, and inside the house, the bugs left and never returned.

Called Tillis at the recommendation of two family members who have used them successfully for years. Scheduled an appt for last Saturday morning at 10:30. Friday afternoon they leave me a voicemail saying they will see me at 830 tomorrow morning. Since that was not our scheduled time I called them back to fix the mistake. The girl who answered was the one who made an appt and she said she was new and the time we agreed on was in fact not available. They asked to come at 2pm Saturday but due to previous plans that wasn’t going to work. They said they would find me an evening appt in the next week

Representative came into our home with no mask or keeping the recommended 6ft distance due to the current pandemic. He also was very fast and seemed as if he just wanted to get out of there. He didn’t even check all the rooms! After this first interaction (we were getting an estimate), I don’t think I’d want a company in my home that just wants to hurry through and get out without having a true care of getting the job done correctly. Let alone, the lack of professionalism by him and lack of regard for my family’s safety left us very frustrated today. I called into their office to report
