This car wash has bad communication with the employees. Everyone that works their thinks that they are the boss. They take a long time. At the end they didn't put my plastic car mats. I had to ask them for them and the guy said you didn't have them when you came in and we saw them on top of a table right next to my car but, besides all of that the wash looks good although some minor details but loos all good.

I was paying 19$ in 2021 ! They told me that thr water and salt undercarriage triple the prices !
I wash my car in this location for over 6 years but became too much expensive and you need an appointment! Sad that I have to go to thr Kedzie location now

We went in on a Sunday, wasn't to busy. The receptionist, Ashley, I think her name was, she was awesome. Was so informative and attentive. Showed us all the packages and extra things to get for the car. Kept us updated on the time of our car. Great personality for the lobby wait. Def will be back, the gentleman did a great job with the car, was clean and polished.

Hi, brought my car here after ( forget the roof open ) and got my car wet inside, was told everything will be dry and the smell and wet floor will be fixed…
After the car was left there for 1 day - from 9am till 5 pm ‘ we went to pick the car and find out that multiple things are dirty ’ the car was having the smell … obviously nothing was done … had to call them and tell them what happened’ took my car the second time there “ again for 1 full day … shortly 2nd time not better than first… they never even said it will take 1 full day and than another full day , we were just waiting

I had high hopes for this CAR WASH (not car detail). My wife had her car detailed by them and it turned out great. They are right down the street from us so I decided to give them a try. I did not even mind that that it took awhile (over 30 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me which were already being worked on). I figured that they may have a labor shortage and/or they are just that thorough. Either way, good service is worth the wait.
I was impressed with how much time they spent on the exterior. I literally watched someone clean the outside of my muffler.

My car needed a wash and vacuum cleaning. I dropped my toddler and husband at a park and saw Pearl Auto Spa was nearby. I truly wish I had gone somewhere else.
I dropped my car and saw their were only two other cars in front of me in the express car wash lane, so I thought I was in luck for a quick wash. I went and sat in the lobby. I had to take out my car seat and bags, so it was a lot to carry in, but I figured all worth it. I paid and sat in one of the massage chairs. I wanted to grab coffee, but then I saw it was two dollars. No thanks.

I came to pearl auto spa for my annual ceramic pro inspection/cleaning, and found out that they did not detail the car properly according to Ceramic Pro. They also kept trying to upsell me on getting another coating done on my car. Ceramic Pro has been trying to contact them regarding this issue but they have not been responding. This is a shady place and I do not recommend going to them for anything related to ceramic coating or car detailing.

Yo yo yo, Creosote rolls in some wheels that deserve extra-special attention, so I was hesitant to buy the Platinum Groupon for a place with a not-five-star rating. Well, worry no more, I just bought another one. Excellent hand wash, took about 20 minutes on a sunny Saturday, guys at the end of the line took obvious care doing the finish work. Yes, I am extra specially picky and pointed out some minor glitches that were then carefully handled. My shoes were wet and floor paper appeared upon request. So, for the price I paid I got super-excellent service and value. Thanks, guys!

I brought in the most filthy and disgusting car in need of a lot of care. Arturo made my car look so beautiful I almost didn't recognize it. Everyone there was very kind and professional. I wish I could remember everybody's names at the front desk staff was great.( Red Bull)

I took my car here last year because it was reasonably priced and a decent job. I decided to take it there again this summer and things went missing from my car. Usually they put the things they find in a bag but my bag went missing. The response was minimal and there was significant lack of feedback. I will not be going back.

The Super Wash at Pearl Auto Spa will do the job fine if you take care of your vehicle on a regular basis. It took about 20-30 minutes for the interior and exterior, and I wouldn't say it was spotless, but much better than the automatic car washes. I pointed to the areas that I was especially looking for them to vacuum inside, and they did that, but I wouldn't say went the extra mile to cover everything. For example, they forgot about the back trunk and did a 30 second vacuum at end inspection. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.
