It took Roy Weeks approximately 6 weeks from beginning to end to change 3 locks then gave me a bill for $365.00. Roy re-keyed 2 locks and installed a dead bolt. He charged over $100.00 for the dead bolt lock he supplied. I messaged him that I felt the bill was to much and would like to discus it before paying. A couple of weeks later He sneaked around to the back of my business and used a key he had to open my back door unannounced and was discovered attempting to remove the locks he installed and putting my old ones back on!! I'm not sure but I think I could have had him arrested. I'm not comfortable

This man came all the way from Canal Road in ORANGE BEACH all the way to Foley today, because my husband and my grandmother both locked their keys in the house. We were rushing to go to our grandfather's funeral. When we got back, we called Duke's. He was there within 15 minutes and got the job done quick. When he asked me how both of them locked their keys in the house, I told him about the funeral, and how we were rushing to get to the church. The man didn't charge a penny. He REFUSED. He said "No. You've already been through enough." ANYTIME I need a locksmith, I am calling these guys! You will

Amazing Experience. The lock broke and we could not open the fireproof file cabinet. I called Roy. He was passing by and stopped in to look at it. He had this special type lock in his truck. The job was completed in less than 20 minutes from the initial call. The price was less than the cost of ordering a new lock online.
