Just purchased a new house, and needed the carpet cleaned bad. Was able to get a fast appointment, so I gave them one star. Otherwise I was not satisfied with the cleaning at all. I was at work when they came, when I got home my house smelled like wet carpet, no fresh scent even though he stated they “use soap in their water.” I called the next day because EVERY spot was there when it dried. He stated it was called “wicking” or something, and that it causes the stain to pop up, from the carpet drying from the root up. Suggested I scrub each spot with a wet cloth an see if comes out. Never
