In 1982 Founder and now President, Todd Tigner began with a vision and a strong desire to provide high quality maintenance services to commercial properties. By 1984 we began construction on our first Swimming pool. For the next three years we managed to complete over 30 major commercial projects in six states primarily catering to Health Spas and Hotels.
As our maintenance and swimming pool division thrived by 1988 we began offering additional services that catered to both residential and the commercial market. By 1996 we had a full line of services that we successfully offer today. Each year we continue to add services and cutting edge products to improve our commitment to our customers.

If you are in the market to build or remodel, do yourself a favor and contact Todd Tigner at Diversified Builders. He helped me with a major remodel and has helped with smaller jobs following that. He takes personal responsibility to ensure that his employees and his subcontractors perform the work to his meticulous specifications. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
