Dr. Sonal Bhoot believes that it is much better to prevent painful tooth decay and oral diseases than it is to fix them after the fact. To do this, our office staff consists of highly trained dental assistants, dental hygienists, and administrative staff. We provide complete teeth cleanings, including full oral exams, x-rays, and reviews by Dr.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your initial paperwork. When you arrive for your first visit, you will be greeted by our kind, courteous, and caring front desk staff. Initial paperwork includes forms such as medical and dental history forms as well as forms that discuss your dental concerns, requests, and specific needs.

Over about a five month period at the Leawood office, I received a number of fillings, a full bridge, and a root canal as well as a few follow up visits for the above procedures.
The professionalism and customer service I have received from this practice has been phenomenal. I carry a DMO through my employer and have had zero issues with coverage and billing. Dr. Bhoot has been very friendly and talks you through the procedures as she's working so you're not surprised or wondering what's going on in your mouth. I received numerous follow ups from the office about my procedures and

The dentist and staff are nice. However, I am very disappointed in the overall service. Perhaps running 2 locations is too much for them.
A dental student worked on my dental trays and had to do them 3 times to get it right. Needless to say, my trays were lost, I was not offered any refund. And, finally, they wouldn't respond to my call about emailing my xrays. I had to pay out of pocket for my xrays due to them getting the xrays sent.
Will not go back.
