Searcy & Gandy have over 65 years of combined experience in Brazos and surrounding counties. Our team consists of M. Charles Gandy, Roland M. Searcy, Jr., and legal assistant Elaine Harvill. Charles Gandy is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In order to obtain these designations, you have to have had numerous experience trying cases, jury trials and non-jury trials, and be recommended by other lawyers that you have tried cases against, along with any Judges you have appeared before.
Roland M. Searcy, Jr. graduated from Texas A&M University in 1961 and was awarded his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Baylor University School of Law in 1964. He has been both County Attorney and District Attorney for Brazos County. After he left the District Attorney's Office, he went into private practice and in 1990, he and Charles Gandy formed Searcy & Gandy, P.C. and has been actively practicing since that time.

Charlie Gandy is the best lawyer Ive ever had the pleasure of hiring. His professionalism is unequaled.
