Driving on IH65 and one of there trucks broke my windshield. Called the company to try and get it fixed and spoke to Teresa and she was no help at all.(rude lady wouldn't let me talk) I sent her photos of the truck to the email safety@jackgray.com and described the driver. Couldn't take my eyes off the road to see the plates of the truck (truck plates were covered in dirt)but was willing to point out the truck and recognize the driver and she said there could be nothing done either way. I see it as unprofessional no one wants to drive around in a 50,000 Vehicle with a broken windshield im sure
