If you are on the hunt for the best pizza in Colorado, look no further than Stoke! The BEST idea for wedding catering, and now we will be regular customers, even if we have to drive and hour and a half to get it! When deciding on food for the wedding, we wanted casual but also something that would keep our guests happy and satisfied. From a simple cheese or pepperoni pizza, to a fancy mix of ingredients that you couldn’t even dream of, Stoke creates a masterpiece with each pie in only 90 seconds. The pizza is perfectly cooked with an amazing undercarriage! Wes and Bre exceeded our expectations

The biggest thing that stuck out to me about stoke pizza (other than the AWESOME pizza) was when Wes said to us “This day should be the best day of your life and while there may be some stress in planning, we do not want to add any stress to your plate, so just let us know what you want and we will handle the rest!”

The fig and prosciutto add green chili is the best pizza I’ve ever had in Colorado. The crust is so good I could eat it alone. This will definitely be our regular pizza spot from here on out. Super friendly service too! No pictures because it was gone too fast!

4.5 stars. We got a couple of personal pizzas from them when they set up their food truck outside our workplace. They are REALLY GOOD! Wood-fired pizzas ready in 90 sec :) We got the fig and prosciutto pizza and the veggie with Pueblo chili pizza. Both were awesome. The fig and prosciutto was very interesting! Not particularly my palate but I enjoyed the one slice from my friend's pizza. Some of the figs were a little burnt but the ones that were not, had the perfect sweet taste to compliment the savory of the prosciutto and caramelised onion. Wes and his team were amazing catering for a late night treat for our wedding guests!! Such a pleasure to have them be apart of our big day! We received compliments all evening about how great the pizza tasted and the amazing service! Can't wait to have them cater another event for us in the future!!
