We called A&E at the recommendation of our contractor who has done work on our house. We've been dealing with intermittent issues with our upstairs furnace for about a year now, and have had a couple of companies look at it. We had the control board replaced a few months back and were still having troubles with the furnace not working, so figured we'd get yet another set of eyes on it.

This company goes above and beyond! From the first phone call they were completely different than the rest. I called about 6 companies and A&E Comfort Pros had the best costumer service and the best prices! When they showed up at my house they immediately put on shoes covers (I loved the consideration) and went straight to work. I had them install two whole humidifiers, we have two HVAC units. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job, for cheaper than every other company! I'm very pleased and will recommend A&E Comfort Pros to everyone I know.

Our furnace went out in Feb 2018. We solicited a handful of quotes thay ranged all over the place. Efrain came by same day and had the lowest quote. While I'm leery of going with the lowest price because cheap can be expensive, we made the right choice choosing A&E.
Efrain explained the failure, recommended options but took the time to explain them and educate me before making a decision.
He was on time for installation, stayed till done and further educated us on its operation and basic maintenance. And he warranties his work!

Wow, what an awesome company! Our installer did a great job fixing our heating unit -- they even made time to come out as soon as possible, during their busy season and on short notice to address our problem, which we were really grateful for. To top off such excellent and professional service provided, they fixed a part for us which would have costed us hundreds of dollars to replace after discovering that it was the real issue for our heating not working and not something else -- it was a 50/50 shot, but well worth it and it was nice that our installer was willing to share this with us.
