It is so important to learn to take your health and wellbeing into your own hands. We are currently in a time where there is a lot of illusion regarding our bodies and it's innate ability to protect us from illness if we make the right lifestyle choices. Ayurveda is a lifestyle choice. It is an ancient medical science designed to give us the tools to keep our body's healthy; free from illness and chronic disease.
Yoga is a multidimensional practice that aligns us with Divine Source and brings together our body, mind, and Spirit. Our breath increases our life force, calms the mind, and nurtures the nervous system. Movement re-groves old patterning, and heals injury. Together, through breath and movement we open ourselves up to being completely whole.
Come join in the celebration of the Beaver Moon! Autumn is the time to prepare ourselves for the Winter months. In this circle we will work on letting go of anything that is blocking us from surrendering and exploring the silence, stillness and beauty within ourselves. During November's Full Moon there will also be a lunar eclipse where the earth, moon and sun will be in total alignment.
In order to truly become healthy we have to learn to make lifestyle choices that are in harmony with our true nature. Every part of our being depends on it. We have to be able to step back and examine our actions, become aware of old habits that are no longer serving us, and find tools that support us in positive change.
