I really wanted to support a small locally owned business. But I just can't recommend this limo service. I asked in advance if drinks would be provided for our ride to Hollywood Bowl. Oscar confirmed that we had to provide our own. Ok, that was odd, but not having an ice cooler was just lazy. To top off this subpar service, pickup after the concert was a disaster. Failure to know where to pick up and be ready for your customers was just the topper. Sloppy, unapologetic and amateur service doesn't make my cut.

The service was ok, until the band started playing and it was way too loud. I had take my son out of the building and we got our food to go. The prices were too high for the quality of food we got. My California roll was dry and bacon doesn't belong in sushi. My husband ordered fried shrimp and when got home it was fried chicken, like a whole circle, 6 inches wide of thin fried chicken. We'll go back when after they go out of business, which won't be long as the band drove nearly everyone out and even made a drunk lady on a date cry

I booked them for my wedding 10-3-20. Upon entering the limo we were greeted with hot air. I asked the driver to turn on the air and was told that it would kick in once the car started moving. The air never kicked in. The ride from my hotel to the ceremony site is about 15 miles. Now being in full makeup in a big wedding dress I was sweating. Makeup had to be touched up. The car waited for the ceremony to end and take us to take pictures and still no air. I called the owner on Monday and basically told that the car works just fine and I could come sit inside and see. I am one very HAPPY customer! I hired Royalty for my little sisters 2020 HS Graduation. Ricardo was amazing! He was so nice and professional! Horrible business ethic. Spoke to them for two days and promised me the hummer. Did t send the contract over until 11pm so the next morning I filled it out and paid the deposit only for it to be canceled. Now I'm stuck with no limo for my graduate. On top of that, I gave them a referral with a family member for the day before. Please beware before booking this company.

This limo service went above and beyond I called the day of to see if they had a booking and they were nothing but accommodating they provided us with a nice big bottle of cooks champagne some beers and let us bring in our own alcohol as well the driver Oscar was super friendly and nice stop whenever we needed a bathroom break and got us home safely would highly recommend and will definitely use again

Completely unsatisfied!!! Would not recommend to anyone! I was told $500 for 4hrs over the phone so I went in to pay the deposit (was a struggle to even do that) so I call 2 days before my event to confirm they were coming because I hadn't heard from them (unprofessional) I asked if I could do 3 hrs instead of the 2 hrs that was on the contract and was told I would be charged an additional hour ??? But my quote on the phone was $500 for 4 hrs now I'm being charged $500 for 2 hrs and additional charge for the 3rd hour.

Royalty Limousine service was excellent from beginning to end. They answered my inquiry right away and provided all the information I needed. They are friendly and accommodating and reasonably priced. We ordered a SUV Hummer for 20 students for prom. The driver showed up early and returned everyone right on time and was really personable. The Hummer was clean and sleek... looked great in the background for some of our pictures too. I will definitely use Royalty Limousine service again!

After getting stiffed for my daughters quinceanrea by another limo service yesterday, I called around and found a party bus at the last min. Joe the driver was there right on time. He gave a reasonable price and truly saved my daughters special day. After the kids got to the party he came back to find me to give me a wallet that was left behind by one of the passengers. Oscar was a total sweetheart and completely saved the day for us! On the way home to Newport Beach our car broke down in Apple Valley and all the service repair shops were closed until the next day. AAA couldn't provide any viable options so in desperation we called around for transportation options. Oscar managed to accommodate our request (driving from Victorville to Apple Valley) and showed up to rescue us from the gas station where we were stranded within 30 minutes of our call!!! I booked a 22 passenger party bus about 4 months in advance for my daughters sweet 16. Oscar was very prompt in answering the phone and answering all my questions. Prior to the event, Oscar and his partner Joe were very accommodating to my requests. They allowed me to do everything I wanted (within reason of course) Joe even dropped off cases of water and cups ahead of time to my house so that I could customize the water bottles and use the cups as a candy bar to place in the cup holders on the bus.
