Would not recommend renting from this company, they are very shady. You will be rushed with an unreasonable move in time frame and hit with BIG "holding" fees that aren't justifiable after the application approval process if you dont agree to move in immediantly. We requested to move in within 2 weeks (by the first of the month), pay the deposit and first month's rent, then got told the day of the app approval, that we will have to pay $500 more to hold the house or move in literally immediantly with prorated rent. I explained we will have to let our current landlords know and need more then a
