We provide long-term and short-term assisted living, as well as memory care for residents with most stages of Alzheimer's or dementia. Incredibly poor management. I trusted them with my parent’s life. They don’t understand the level of trust I gave them only to be entirely let down.
I was the primary contact for my parent. When he was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, you would think they would call me. Nope. The hospital called me.
I would expect they would at least follow up with me. Again… nope.
My dog goes to doggy day care. If they had to take her to the vet, the doggy day care would call me ASAP. Park Regency has set their communications bar lower than the communications I get from doggy day care.

Absolutely amazing place! My mom needed a perfectly caring, friendly neighborhood for the assisted living elderly!! She is so happy, and dog friendly! Amazing staff, resources, and residents! Best plan for retirement, even through Covid! Well done, so much appreciation! Special place, my mom is content thanks to Michelle and staff!

I think this is a great place to live...The staff are super nice and knowledgeable when asked questions. My wife's mother lives here and she is taken care of and treated with respect and love.. I have seen some places that have been questionable. This is a top notch facility with great staff and great management to boot

Working with Park Regency Thornton has been a blessing. For the past several months I have spoken with, emailed, visited and text several different facilities looking for a place for my parents. Too many organizations are just chasing the dollar and do not care about the individual behind those funds. Park Regency Thornton is completely different.
