In Bloom is the best florist I have ever used . The quality of the flowers and the arrangements are all superb. They stand behind every arrangement they make .We had a situation where arrangements were delivered for my wife’s birthday and they started to wilt a bit . I called and the next day they delivered 2 new gorgeous arrangements. That’s customer service and care for what they design. I have been very impressed with them and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for that special arrangement. You will not be disappointed

Myself, my adult daughter, and our best friend did a girls’ get-a-way to Disney World. I called a week ahead of arrival and ordered flowers for our room at Shades of Green - Bold and Bright, Designer’s Choice. I gave my flight arrival information and approximate time we would arrive for check-in.
The arrangement was beautiful! The flowers were fresh and vibrant, waiting for us when we got to the hotel. Delivery was even made on a Saturday!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted With genuine hospitality! I came in towards the end of the day and I still was greeted with the same energy as a new day. Chris in particular was amazing and arranged a beautiful floral arrangement after giving him free range with a budget and general color scheme. So happy I stopped in! I will not go to any other place in town now because of my amazing experience here.

Highly recommend In Bloom!!
Needed to get a last minute (6hrs before to be exact) corsage for my son’s homecoming date.
My original florist called me the morning of and said they had a family emergency and would be closed all weekend. I called In Bloom and spoke to Heather in their Lake Mary location and she quickly put my panic mode to ease when she sweetly said they could make a corsage for me without a flinch. Jordan at the Orlando location was kind enough to wait for me (running 20mins late) to pick up as I was rushing there from a HS baseball game 1 1/2 hrs away!!

I used in bloom florist for my wedding on 10/9/21. I had phone and email conversations with the staff so they understood my vision. They NAILED it. My flowers were absolutely beautiful. Even more beautiful then I’d pictured. I also rented an arch through them and it was absolutely perfect! Thank you to In Bloom and their staff!!

I cannot say enough for wonderful things about In Bloom. We worked with Erica H who was an absolute dream and pleasure to work with. She so successfully executed the vision I had for my wedding ceremony bouquet, hair comb, and husband’s boutonniere. My flowers were delivered on time, and were absolutely stunning, fresh, and beautiful. We had one very minor issue arise, and Erica showed up immediately to fix it so that everything was perfect. Her communication, customer service and floral design skills, and responsiveness are unmatched! We cannot wait to continue to use In Bloom for our future

I was given such a lovely surprise today. I have been feeling pretty down lately, and my dear friend, Tristan, sent me all of this! My delivery man was so kind and attentive - He called me three times to let me know he was on his way to deliver these beautiful surprises to me, and I had left my phone down while I was doing chores here at home. He rang my doorbell, and he was so sweet and let me know he was calling me because he was concerned that he was running late. He was right on time! I told him not to even worry, and that I had no idea! He was such a star. Please recognize how great your delivery

In Bloom Florist made my whole wedding come together in the most beautiful way. Working with Dara was an amazing experience, she knocked it out of the park. The flowers she put together I could never had imagined on my own. Every guest had something to say about the flowers. They were bold and unique in the most amazing way. I have found ways to preserve as many flowers as possible because the pictures just won't be enough, I want to keep them forever. The flowers were the most important part of the decor to me and they were perfect. Dara worked seamlessly with me despite my many emails and questions

Last week I opened my door and received the most beautiful flowers! Since my husband is away from home a lot on business he sometimes surprises me with flower deliveries. I guess this time he did a little research on which florist to use and Wow I'm so happy he did....It was the most beautiful arrangement he's ever sent me. Not only were they beautiful but they also smelled amazing! We will only use Bloom Florist anytime we need to send flowers!

I had the most incredible experience ever at a florist and I will never go anywhere else. I ordered an arrangement for my beautiful new girlfriend, on the phone, asked if I could pick it up in two hours, they said no problem and it's this kind of service that impressed me so much. The arrangement was a rose romantic, I took one look and was nearly in shock at the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It was stunning, huge flowers, the roses had very long stems, it was colorful and sheer perfection. My sweetheart was in shock, she was so impressed and this was one of the best decisions

I recently needed a flower arrangement for my very special grandmothers funeral. I had some very specific things I wanted and I wanted it to be spectacular. I can't thank InBloom florist Enough for doing such a spectacular job. The arrangement was beyond my expectations. In addition, I had to order it on New Year's Day and the owner was actually there, answered the phone, took the order and assured everything was to perfection.

Believe me--you get what you pay for and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The ability for some glass, water and some well coordinated blooms to alter the mood of a loved one is absolutely priceless and worth every penny. Flowers were perfect, on time and really, I couldn't recommend In Bloom more. My wife travels to Lake Mary often on business trips and I will be going to In Bloom every time.

My mom and I ordered flowers from In Bloom for my dad's funeral, and they did an fantastic job. The large easel spray display of roses and lily's was exquisite. They smelled incredible and they were absolutely gorgeous. Additionally, they had a unique option for a 'fallen soldier' display, which was a boot filled with roses and other flowers, wrapped with a red, white, and blue ribbon. It was beautiful and had a lot of meaning for us, since my dad was int he Army for 43 years.
They staff were very helpful and explained how to keep the flowers fresh for a few days. They helped

I was sent some birthday flowers from my sister from In Bloom and boy were they fresh and lovely! A month after my birthday I've removed the roses, etc. but the rest of the arrangement is still fresh and lovely! They made a point of putting in flowers that would last as well as silk leaves, baby cattails, etc. so I was able to enjoy the arrangement for a long time. Great job In Bloom! I'll be using you now!

Doubling as a florist and home décor store, this small shop is charming and smells nice too. Although the home items are somewhat expensive, they are enjoyable to look at. Family owned and operated since the 1980s, they have expanded and now have multiple locations around the Orlando area.
