I highly recommend City Wide Fence. We had a minor issue that was my fault with the install and they came out that and talked to us about it, and fixed it up right away(minor tweaks) with no additional cost. This is something you don’t see from most companies, aka you signed the contract so this is what you get. I’m glad we went with City Wide.

If I could give a no star or half star I would. It is surprising that a company this big is so unprofessional. They re schedule a work (that was agreed and confirmed upon three times) at the last minute, and they don't even have the decency to call to re schedule, instead they email. And then they blame us for the miscommunication, which clearly was their fault. The workers were already in front of our house on the day we agreed upon for the work, and then at the last minute, they just leave. If they cant even make that part work, how can we even trust their fence build? I am actually happy that

My fence is gorgeous! I had CW install a wood fence about 5 years ago. I recently decided to extend my wood fence. They removed my old chain link and continued the wood fence and added a gate. They arrived on time, worked diligently and created a beautiful fence and gate. They are master craftspeople. No shotty work here, they were very intent on making it the best possible. They even put an extra piece of wood over a 3" opening by the post next to my house as they knew I had a small dog and didn't want her to escape. That was excellent customer service. We are very pleased with our new fence built by City Wide Fence Company. They showed up on time for the estimate (one company was an hour late and another never showed up), measured everything, answered all our questions and we had the estimate within days.
Our old wooden fence was a mess and when they took it down every single piece of wood was removed. Not a splinter or nail left in the yard.
The new fence went up quickly (we picked a "forever fence" made out of vinyl so we can just hose it off.)The work was completed promptly and the workers were very detail oriented and professional

Our summer project this year was a new fenceand start our back yard up date.
City Wide Fence Company Inc. did the work and couldn't be happier! They were amazing at how hard they worked and how fast they accomplished the job. Their attention to detail is outstanding, right down to cleaning off the sidewalks! The office end of things was attentive and extremely nice to work with too. We would highly recommend you check them out. They may not be the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for and they are well worth it!

Absolutely incredible experience. Everything from the initial sales call, the options they offered compared to their competition and all the way until paying the bill was absolutely perfect. Good people, very considerate of all our plants and very attentive to our needs. Hi integrity. They built a fence that will be here for more years then we will be in this house. But if we ever need another one we will certainly call them again.

Great job by City Wide Fence. I called Bryan and he came out to estimate the replacement of our old worn fence and incorrectly installed gates. He broke the estimate into phases for us so we could fit this into our budget, although we ended up just going for the complete replacement. They did a great job. I had one issue with one of the gates missing a bottom latch to keep it from swinging in the wind, but as soon as I let Bryan know about it he personally came out and took care of the issue.

I conduct RFP’s for a living. After being handed, mind blowing proposals and low balled by others, City Wide was dead smack in the middle. With their no-nonsense approach, itemized proposals and professionalism, I was very comfortable with my decision to go with City Wide. These guys work fast and the results, better than expected! Last week was the second time I had City Wide build a fence on my property. You bet I’ll be calling again next spring. Oh, and the office is easy to work with. In fairness, we never got far enough with this company to evaluate their work; this review is solely based on their customer service. We needed a solution to the escalating vandalism in our neighborhood; our home alone has sustained expensive damage more than once over the past three weeks and the rash of incidents is neighborhood-wide. The salesman basically laughed it off as a high school prank. Furthermore, he told us we could not do what we wanted to do: build a 6 foot fence at the property line.
