Flexible Educators partners with school districts to provide quality substitute teachers, striving to find the best fit for each classroom. Each school district is unique, and we work hard to ensure that each teacher meets the school district's qualifications and is compatible with their teaching assignment.
Licensing requirements for substitute teachers vary by state. Please note that all license applications need to be submitted directly to the appropriate licensing organization. To apply for a license as a Substitute in Missouri you will need to create an account and apply online with the Missouri Department of Education.

As part of our commitment to excellence in the classroom, Flexible Educators requires inexperienced substitute teachers to complete substitute teaching courses through STEDI, an online substitute teaching education program. Through STEDI, we offer a variety of classes, tailored to the needs of each substitute and his or her previous experience.
