Guest House On Academy

Located centrally in Louisville, Georgia, the Guest House on Academy was started by Greg and Karen Yonchak, longtime residents of Louisville. With backgrounds in event planning, catering and business, it was a great fit when they merged their talents to open their first Guest House. Welcoming visitors and business guests has been an enjoyable experience for them.

House 1 has 2 full size bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is shared with bedroom 2 and 3. House 2, each bedroom has its own full size bathroom. Each Bathroom is equipped with personal soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. A hair dryer is in each. Family rooms have large gas log fireplaces. Entertainment center includes HD Direct TV, Internet streaming radio, and a game table for cards, chess or checkers!

The Gatherings on Broad is a beautiful renovated building in Downtown Louisville located next to the Louisville Historical Society offices and museum.

Guest Room - Single Occupancy Per Room Nightly $95.00 plus state and local taxes (no change since 2008). Guest Room - Double Occupancy Per Room Nightly $125.00 plus state and local taxes. Long term rates are available. All rates are subject to State and Local taxes. Long term rates or large party reservations may be subject to exit cleaning fee up to $150.00.
