Daniel was one of 3 agents interviewed to sell my property. The property had to sell fast as I had purchased another home. All three agents were prepared and had their real estate packets and so on. Daniel was all facts and numbers regarding other properties in the area and did a fine job of explaining the market at that point in time and my area. He stated that if his recommendations were followed, the property would sell in two weeks. I trusted he knew his business and his numbers were on par with the research I had done. In 2008 I bought a home with Linda Patterson, and will never forget how she disappeared a few days before escrow closed, I called the office and they told me she had left town and went to Hawaii, she did not even leave an assistant to help me or anything, I had to take off work go to the office to get my keys and no one was aware of the sale transaction, trash was left in the backyard of the home, I had to clean up and I was devastated my first home, the worse part of it all was, I made a mistake and entered into the transaction without a Realtor, so she was paid from both ends Seller, and Buyer
