Ecce Yoga
After registering for classes online, you will be emailed a link to the class 15-20 minutes before class begins. I opened ecce yoga studio in 2008 in downtown Fargo, in a unique partnership with my brother and ecce art gallery. After holding space for ten years on Broadway, ecce yoga relocated to a beautiful new space in 2019.

I've been practicing and studying yoga since 2002. I discovered yoga while living in Minneapolis, MN and continued studying after moving to Portland, OR, where I met my teacher Casey Palmer of Near East Yoga. I completed my 200 hour training in 2010 and have done additional trainings with De West (prenatal) and Judith Lasater (restorative) as well as Matthew Sweeney and Asha Wolf.

Love the noon restorative class. Makes me feel good all day. Teaches me to be more mindful. So easy to follow Brenda's prompts.
Online class works surprisingly well. I love her studio and can't wait to go back but also love how convenient the online class is. I recommend buying a bolster and 2 blocks for at home practice. Makes the class an all around complete experience.

Ecce Yoga is THE place for yoga in region. Brenda is highly trained by some of the best in the country. Ecce offers many ways to connect with yourself and your community on and off the mat. Ecce's courses and instructors are unparalleled in the area.
Also, if you are pregnant or planning to be, I highly recommend Ecce's prenatal and postnatal yoga offerings. It was the best thing I did for myself and my baby during pregnancy.
No matter where you are in your practice or in life, Brenda and all the instructors offer incredible classes that will meet you where you're at, all while promoting healthy
