Many commercial, industrial and residential buildings erected prior to the mid 1980s were built with asbestos-containing building materials. Until the discovery of the health dangers associated with asbestos exposure and subsequent regulations, these building materials and products were commonly utilized in the shipbuilding, automotive, and construction industries.
To reduce exposure to lead paint dust, you need to hire a professional to evaluate the potential hazard. Prior to the mid 1970s, lead-based paint was commonly used in homes, buildings and structures. As lead-based paint ages, or is disturbed, it can crumble, crack, or chip into dust particles creating a health hazard.
Microscopic mold spores are present almost everywhere, thriving in moist/humid environments and can be present in areas you cannot see. Any home, business, or industrial building can be subject to mold infestation by means of a water intrusion event; roofing and window defects or plumbing drainage problems.

Edmundo keeps calling me for money and saying I owe him money when I do not. I have never had to have this done before, I have

Do not work with GranCor Environmental. GranCor Environmental, 715 Rankin Rd NE ABQ. is not the same company as Grancore Enterprises Inc based in Arkansas.
To start with, their initial estimate didn't include removal of sheet rock (drywall) When i asked the salesman to add this he said "we plan to do that it's not necessary to put it in the agreement."
A few things: . Plastic sheets between our dining room and kitchen dropped to the floor, leaving the door wide open on the first night - while we were there. No managers checked up on workers or the process.
