I’ve lived here for about a year and the building is kept clean and it is usually relatively quiet. Scott, the property manager, is super nice, responsive, and helps quickly.
Energy bills do run a little high but that comes with a building built in the 90s. I wish rent checks were cashed on a set date each month instead of somewhere between the 1st-10th of the month.

Great location. The building manager takes great care of the building and residence when anything is needed. They have done a great job of keeping the building pretty quiet and very rarely do I hear loud music/talking/ TV etc.
They also have indoor parking which is huge if you’re not a fan of the snow!

I appreciate that fact that the building is very clean and maintained. The women who do the cleaning are amazing and always very respectful. My only two complaints would be that I would like my fellow renters to clean up after themselves and for the creek by our building to be cleaner and not to have as much trash in it. Overall I am very satisfied with renting from Oak Creek Woods.

We lived Oak Creek Woods apartment for 10 months. The apartment is nice inside and located in a nice area. I liked it because the apartment is very close to the university and the area is quiet around. We lived in 2 bedrooms 1 bath apartment. I liked the beautiful outside view from my living room. There is only one AC in the corner of the dining area. During summer time, if you are in the bedrooms you have to run AC all the time and it takes very long time to cool everywhere because it is located furthest part of the apartment. No lights or fan available in any bedrooms or even living room. The

This property has very nice amenities. I had a one bedroom loft and it was a very nice space. The high ceiling made it feels so much bigger and there was great light from the sky light and balcony doors. It has a parking garage in the basement and an elevator, making getting your groceries/shopping inside a breeze. They even have shopping carts you may use to haul your items.

Really great apartment building for Platteville. My manager is great and is always quick to fix anything we need done (which has been minimal). It’s quiet and at a price that I can afford with my boyfriend as college students. It isn’t a building for just college students, there are also elderly and professionals that live here so I really like that the building stays clean and quiet. I’m very happy we chose this apartment, this is or second year in our apartment and we hope to stay here until we graduate!

Poor noise insulation. Poorly constructed since it was build within 3 Months (huge cracks through multiple apartment walls). Manager likes to vacuum the halls around 8 in the morning. There were ridiculous rules hung on everyone's door that made it seem like you were being treated like a kid. There was loud construction every morning at 7 AM til dusk across the parking lot.
These guys are in it for the money. They are the most profitable slum lords around. Great location for school, but I would have rather lived at Fox Ridge Road.
