Services
Group Fitness classes are designed to bring variety and motivation to your workouts. Our Group Fitness classes are Metabolic Circuit Style Conditioning that is going to focus on building strength, creating/maintaining muscle endurance, as well as getting some cardiovascular health too! Our classes are at 5am, 6am, noon, 4pm, and 5pm daily!
I LOVE this gym! The trainers, members, and classes keep me going. I've been going since March and it's the 1st time in my life that I've stuck with working out! I'm so thankful for this place to help me become strong & healthy! I have been a member at many other local gyms in the past True Grit is so different than the others.
