Friendly Florist did a great job on the flowers I ordered online. I didn't even have to call I just did everything online and still the flowers were delivered and beautiful. Great job! I will definitely be using this florist again.

I didn't got what I ordered. They didn't call to let us know it was not available. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not what I paid for. Would have appreciated if they would let me know before hand and a better customer service when I called.

I’ve used this business for many long yrs They are amazing folks it doesn’t matter where I am if I have a need for a beautiful plant or an amazing floral arrangement I call Friendly Florist. Super people that take it an extra mile. I’ve ran into dishonesty with other florist not with these good people. Thank you again for helping me with flowers for my Sister. She loved them which made me very happy.

VERY impressed!! I wanted to send my mom flowers when she returned home from the hospital. I went online, picked which bouquet I wanted to send, included a note and chose to have them delivered the next day. This was all done after they were closed for that day. My mom called me the next MORNING, thanking me the flowers! They were delivered the very next morning and we’re absolutely beautiful!! They looked exactly like the picture I chose too! My mom keeps telling me how beautiful they are and how they smell sooo good (sometimes roses don’t smell very much). We highly recommend the friendly

I needed to buy flowers last minute and i found this place in google. Did not disappoint . The most beautiful flower arrangement i have bought and it’s budget friendly. Will come back to buy again.

Just received these for Valentine's Day and I am happy to be thought of but I feel awful that this was even paid for. This is by far the WORST floral arrangement I have ever received, let alone seen. Come on Friendly Florists, you take pride in your work? If this an example of your handiwork, I'm glad flowers are the only thing you are selling.
Edit: The photos of what my husband thought he was ordering off of their website. I think it's safe to say a major failure on Friendly Florists part. The order was refunded, as it should have been.
