We were stranded outside of Orlando with 92 miles left on our trip and it was late at night. Will, our driver, showed up and immediately made us feel comfortable and safe. He was there in a timely manner, open, friendly and confident in his work. We had a long drive and he was talkative the whole time. I would highly recommend this company and the driver to anyone that needs a tow!

My car broke down at my apartment complex and William was such a huge help. He was effective at communicating and had a good attitude and funny personality. My vehicle broke at 9:00pm in the expressway in my way back to Miami. I found in Google, Road Runners Towing, Mario the person that answer the phone is very kind, his excellent customer service, made me feel confident about the service, the driver gave us a very fast service, the payment process, the tow service to the hotel, take less than one hour. Driver William Owens came to pick up my 2006 bmw 330i Friday night may 7th 2021. when the driver when to hook up my car he hooked up underneath and took it to the asked location after in hooking my car I realized he hooked the cable to my tietod and he has destroyed it and also split the inside wall to my tire. when I tried to contact the company I have got no answer or reply. when I called the driver he promptly hung up on me when I tried to send him picture he had blocked me. this is an A1 service if u want them to damage your car. Photos of bent tietod anf also how jacked my steering is now
