One thing that you should be aware of....the production pictures shown are from the old facility at a different location. That MediaOne had professional broadcast equipment...not consumer grade toys that keep breaking.
The walls in this new building (it is not a studio by any stretch of the imagination) are paper thin so you won't need an intercom system, there is a charge you can remove from the bill.
Production is constantly held up by equipment breaking or noise from other floors (yes you are on the third floor).
Be prepared to carry your equipment up stairs as the elevator is 3x3.

As a freelance member of the Media One family, I have to say that I miss these people whenever I work with crews who don't do live "broadcast" or webcasts on a regular basis. Just had a series of live shots that lasted two weeks. The professionalism of the staff at StudioOne, the attention to detail and the wiliness to make it work with a sense of urgency is second to none. This studio was dealing with live news deadlines and had a construction crew with a jackhammer on the floor above them not related to their studio. They called the construction company and had them stop while the live shooting was in progress. It was command and control like you would see from the finest air traffic controller.
