Dittmer Recycling residential collection involves the curbside collection of refuse from small containers into collection vehicles for transport or directly to landfills. We supply our commercial and industrial collection customers with waste containers of varying sizes. We also rent compactors and waste containers to large waste generators and for use at commercial construction and home-building sites.

Did my recycling is always a great place to go pick up a load of scrap going back to Wisconsin they normally very fast fast in and out of there in an hour or less good people great attitudes easy and easy out if you have a problem there you need to check yourself your attitude because I’m he’s you’re good people they are all good people there

Dittmer services our subdivision. They neglected to take our trash that was curbside for regular pick up this morning, along with several neighbors. They refuse to rectify their mistake, and will not pick up until regular schedule next week. They also are not crediting any accounts for their failure to pick up.

Disorganized.
Here to deliver stuff,if you didn't want it you should not have ordered it.
Massive attitude about unloading stuff.
Not our job to unload your load.
Not even put on a proper dock to make unloading easier.
When my paperwork says not to unload the load you know there's a problem with the place.
Also slow.

RUN AWAY! Worst kind of people ever. I picked up recycled plastic from there recently, the office asked for my license (which is common) and also asked for my insurance (which I thought was weird) when I asked why, they said it was company policy. When I was done I left and half way to my delivery I got a call from my dispatcher saying I hit one of their employees cars (which I did Not) and they are asking for $2000 in damages for a scratch on the bumper that I did not do! Now I'm in the process of talking to insurance companies to try to explain how fraudulent this is. They are scammers from top

Dittmer Recycling has a terrible billing process.... We have been customers for 5 years and have been set up on auto pay the entire time... As of recent they had a system update... So apparently we were kicked out of their system.... Never received a bill stating there was an issue until 6 months later... On this bill we are charged all these monthly late fees..... So we called to talk to the billing Department and were told what occurred the woman was nice said she would remove the late fees.... Now 6 months later we get a bill and it had the old late fees that was supposed to be removed on this
