Jake Ricketts founded Ricketts Design Co. in September of 2017 as a side business, while he was a physical education teacher for 5th & 6th grade students. Two years later, while employed as a high school Bible teacher and varsity baseball coach, he decided to step in faith into Ricketts Design Co. full-time, and the Lord has made it prosper.
Bryce Adair is the newest addition to the Ricketts Design Co. family. He attended Sam Houston state, and with a BBA in both finance and banking, was formerly employed as a credit analyst. He joined RDC in 2021, and has fit well into the mold of crafting lifetime legacy furniture.
