This company has sent us the wrong parts and broken replacement parts. I would not recommend using their machines if they cannot send replacement parts correctly the first time. The first time we got our machine we had to return it due to several missing components and broken parts inside which they alleged was due to shipping but it was clearly made incorrectly and parts not assembled right inside with the fan and heating elements.
