Please wear a mask and improve your attitude. I could see taking a break and removing your mask, but please put it on when customers are inside the store. Also the lady working seemed to have zero interest in helping customers and no customer service skills.

No idea why anyone shops here. Employees are not friendly at all and watch you like a hawk cause there’s never anyone shipping there...awkward

Was in yesterday and the blond woman working wasn’t wearing a mask while another client was in the dressing room, upon my entrance to the store she comes out and puts a mask on and then glares at me from behind the counter. I don’t give my business to places that don’t value the safety and well being of their clients.

Nothing unique about it. It’s a lot easier finding your size and the same styles at bergdorfs or Bloomingdale’s instead, cheaper too. Plus a lot easier ordering online than having to go into the store. If they had more competitive prices I’d reconsider.

This shop hasn't changed in 15 years. The staff is still rude and the selection consists of either sweats or very overpriced real housewives gear. If I see something I like, I'll just order it from Shopbop. Also, the sale rack is mostly past season castoffs that the owner has worn.

This place has a great selection of denim and for that reason, I would normally give it at least 4 stars. Seriously, if you need jeans, this is the place to go. However, they have just really poor customer service. The two times I've gone, I've encountered the same blonde woman who generally gives me the impression that she could not be less interested and that I'm inconveniencing her by even walking into the store. Pity, because it's a cute boutique on a cute street, but what a downer every time.

Yes. Fur is murder. However, I think a little perspective is in orders. This is a high fashion, locally owned, boutique store who caters to its clientele - who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. What you fail to recognize is that Bluebird also carries MANY VEGAN alternatives. More so than any other boutique I’ve ever come across. I understand you want to make a difference. As a vegan, so do I. But the biggest impact we can make on stores carrying animal products is to focus on the big box retailers who carry a multitude of irresponsible, harmful and unhealthy products. The snobbery is palpable the moment you walk in. The owners' willingness to interact or help is clearly based on how fashionable you look when you walk in. I hate to break it to them but we're not in LA and while the selection is nice it is not over the top special. So do some self assessing and at least pretend to improve your customer service.

The rudest customer service eeevvvveeerrrrrrrr. Good clothes, bad staff. Not sure why they feel so entitled seeing as many others feel the same way.

Terrible customer service. Unless you walk in wearing $1000 jeans/boots whatever, they don't bother even saying hello to you. Owner is trashy. Don't waste your time and go straight to other other nice shops in the area.

Yes this store has some great pieces and their story of how two best friends started the shop together is admirable however the customer service and snobbish behavior of the owners ruins it. I've gone in a couple times more than ready and willing to shop, I love the 50th & France shops, but I will never ever spend my money here or waste my time stopping in there again.

I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, so my advice to these store owners would be to show a little kindness to your customers as well as your fellow store owners in the area..being a good person goes a long

Friendly staff with some cute items. I am just afraid they are uneducated on the horrors of fur or they just don't care. The owner doesn't respond to customer concerns well when asked to chat about some of the items they choose to sell.

This store has the worst customer service. They are so stuck up and never talked to me or asked me if I needed help when I shopped there. I will never go back. My fiancé also went in there to do a delivery because he is a manager at a food place and all they did was complain when he wasn't even late and barely tipped. They were also very rude to him.

One of the best clothing boutiques in Edina and Minneapolis. Bluebird always has something I want or need and I can trust any of the girls to put a few outfits together for me whether it for a night out, casual work or a dressy event. They are especially my go to for jeans and t's.

Clothing is so - so, if I want to spend 200.00 on a sweater, it would not be from here. They used to have two stores, I thought......? The atmosphere of this shop is pretty boring, and unfortunately the employees that were working were too involved in there own life to care who was in the store. Overall, disappointing for 50th and France.

I am so not naturally fashionable nor am I naturally or otherwise thin haha! But besides the perfectly edited selection here the best part about bluebird is the styling talent. The girls here are honest but way more daring than I am when shopping alone. Though I have overspent here on occasion, it has always been because the items the girls chose for and styled on me just "work". Items I would have never normally tried, I end up wearing time and again and that is a tremendous value to me.

Love this shop. While it does have many expensive items, they have lots of brands that are reasonably priced like Alternative Apparel & LA Made. They usually have a sale rack that's full of great items at even greater prices.

Staff is helpful & friendly without being overbearing; something that's difficult to do in such a small space. I usually don't like being the only person in a store (feel awkward/obligated to buy something) but I don't mind here.

I just wish they had longer hours!

Well, maybe if I used trendy, classic, expensive, affordable, adorable, sparkly, jeans, silk, necklaces, undies, classy, fabulous, hysterical, amazing and contemporary i could also describe bluebird.

This shop has always intrigued me. Whenever I go to the Edina Cinema I am lured in by the window display but I'm always there way too late to shop (after 9pm).
I finally made it and was so impressed by the chic, modern, and very stylish collection of casual to dressy selection of frocks they stock. The atmosphere is really great with a lot of stock but no clutter. The staff was so helpful and friendly I could have stayed and talked with them all day. I walked away with a fantastic jacket by LAMade and have hardly taken it off since the purchase a few days ago. I love it.
