The ant situation is out of control. Just because there is a sign saying there are bugs it doesn't excuse the ant problem that needs to be taken care of. It's an infestation of ants. Having owned homes in the area we totally understand there are more bugs but this is a total infestation. You can't even put a cooking utensil down while cooking dinner without having the ants crawling all over it within seconds. I couldn't put my 4 month old baby in the high chair because there were ants crawling on it. My mother lives here in Florida and

Recently stayed in their rental property in Hollywood FL. The house was INFESTED with ants. The house is supposed to be pet friendly yet the fence in the backyard is in disrepair and my dog got out. Also one of the bathrooms isn’t functional. Very poor customer service as well. Very disappointing.

My family and I stayed at the Blue Parrot Inn for only one night for what was supposed to be a 4-night stay but everything was wrong. The night we checked in there was no power to the laundry facilities but the next morning only two of the many machines worked when they had power (I suspect the laundry facility's power was related to the pool construction). The pool had workers on site in the early morning loud with their tools and machines. Instead of the nice pool deck with lounge chairs that was displayed on the Airbnb listing. I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers, girl and boy, and also had visitors from California, Boston, and some relatives who lived close by, all come for a visit. We stayed for 9 days and had a blast! We barely went out to eat and mainly cooked at the house with fantastic views and lots of room for all. My daughter and I woke up just before sunrise and sat and had coffee and donuts, bonded and took photos of the beautiful sunrise. Priceless. Highly recommend and would definitely go back! I would also like to thank my husband for finding such a great spot and now we have awesome memories

We recently stayed at Southwinds Inn in Hollywood. Honestly everything was perfect! We were in a 1 bedroom (room #7). It was clean, SUPER quiet and very comfy. The bed was great, there was a daybed in living room and a rollaway under the bed to accommodate our 2 children. You are literally a half a block from the beach as well! They provide all kitchen utensils, beach and bathroom towels and free laundry room on site! Parking is free and easy to get in and out. I saw people complain about checking in....just read the emailed instructions they give you and you'll have no problem!! There is no desk

I stayed at the Blue Parrot in Fort Lauderdale for 3 months and LOVE IT!!! The property is beautiful, so well kept! Walking distance to the Canals, Galleria Mall, Beach. It was a wonderful experience! Everyone at ValGal was amazing, super professional, friendly and responded to any requests immediately. I truly enjoyed the time I lived there, and recommend them to anyone that travels to South Florida and wants a great place to stay.

Terrible rental property in Hollywood. Not as advertised. Mandatory pool heating charge for a heater that doesn't work. Broken pavers all around the pool. Very dangerous. Privacy is an issue. A random person popped in unannounced under the guise of dropping of kitchen supplies. Cameras on property outside.

ValGal gave us a great place at 218 SE 4th St, Dania Beach to spend two weeks quarantining from our flight from abroad. It was in excellent condition and very clean, and the basic toiletries and soaps were provided. It has many bedrooms, huge TVs, and bathrooms, and a nice pool / tiki hut in the backyard.
It was very easy to work with ValGal, and I would highly recommend using them!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THROUGH THEM! NO PROFESSIONALISM AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I had to cancel my reservation due to COVID-19 and they are refusing to give me my refund. I had asked about the cancellation policy before booking and Made sure of the refund policy and they said as long as it it 30 days before check in which it is well before the 30 days. I tried calling and emailing and just keep getting the run around and now no one is answering. When I called about the refund policy again, Gus confirmed it had to be before 30 days to get the full refund and they still haven't given

When Covid 19 is over DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! We cancelled our trip in the beginning of March and I was well within the cancellation policy of 30 days for a full refund. It has been over 30 days and I have not received my refund yet of over $2000. The company stopped responding to my emails and when they were responding nobody could give me an estimate as to when I would receive my money. They said 10-14 days and then it was changed to April and now I believe the last date someone gave me was May. They claim too many people are requesting refunds at the moment. Please beware if you plan on booking

I am very disappointing with my reservation with VALGAL VACATION RENTAL at 1903 Ocean Bay Drive, Pompano Beach FL. 33062. I was annoyed to find a number of situations that i will describe with details. The house is infested of cockroaches that walked in the kitchen utensils and food that i have to trough it away wile we were using the pool. The ceiling is a shelter for vats that make so much noise during the day. Valgal Rental offered me a refund of $300.00 dollars for not writing a bad reviews which I did not accept. We stayed at the Hollywood Beach-Lee St (now Liberty St) A-22. Location is excellent for quietness from the crowds and proximity to the beach. Use of the sun deck was one of the highlights. Unit itself is clean and as advertised. Items were stocked and we were not in need. Gift basket items are much appreciated. Parking was not an issue although a space may not be available in the evening. A few cosmetic touches on the walls would be visually nice. (Who wants to look at peeling paint?) Would recommend a sturdier headrest for the bed. Lastly, some coasters would be handy. Overall, would recommend

We rented Key Lime Case in Hollywood, Florida for 2 weeks for a family vacation. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The heated pool and outdoor space is lovely and a great spot for a big group. We were travelling with 3 adult children
and 3 children and there was loads of space for everyone.
The house was clean, well equipped and well maintained.
Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries or issues that came up.
All in all a great vacation home that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Valgal vacation rentals have been managing my properties on Hollywood Beach for the past few years. I had not 1 but 2 bad experiences with this company when trying to book a vacation rental for my annual family vacation. First, they canceled my Airbnb booking because they claimed the owner is selling the house, when they probably found someone to pay more. They had offered me a 2-bedroom for 6 people as a substitute, which clearly was not going to work.
