Printing them, thoroughly filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Dr. Kazmierski will conduct a thorough clinical orthodontic examination and explain all aspects of treatment himself. If orthodontic treatment is indicated at this time, an appointment for Diagnostic Records is scheduled. If time allows, these diagnostic records can be taken at the initial visit. Panoramic and cephalometric radiographs along with measurements and tracings made with these.
Our goal at Moorestown Orthodontics is to make orthodontic treatment affordable for everyone. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. The treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options, during the initial exam, if treatment is required. We have different payment plans to suit your budget and accept assignment from most insurance plans.

My older son started his orthodontic treatment with Moorestown Orthodontics in 2014. We were so happy with the results and the amazing experience that when we moved to Princeton a few years ago, we decided to go to Dr. Kazmierski for our younger son as well despite the one hour drive each way. He got his braces off this past weekend.
Dr. Kazmierski and his team were outstanding and kept us informed during every phase of the treatment. Front desk staff Cheryl and Lisa were wonderful: they were always patient with our numerous queries and flexible with scheduling given our long commute.

Unfortunately my smile was altered despite the conversation that was had prior to treatment. I broke my retainer during COVID so at the recommendation of my dentist,I went to this office to weigh my options.( I should have just gotten two new retainers and been done with it) He suggested treatment, secondary to my teeth being out of place going months with a glued together retainer. Dr. Kazmierski is meticulously concerned for each patient, young or adult. His staff is a shining example of how medical offices should be run and I have never ever felt like a number. You feel like friends or family there. They go above and beyond all health and safety guidelines to protect their patients, especially through COVID.

Post Covid life is not easy. It has managed to turn us all into germopobes. Leaving us slightly paranoid about the level of cleanliness of everything we come in contact with and in particular our local health and dentists offices. My daughter went through the entire process of 2 stages of braces with Dr Kaz. His staff is exceptionally well trained, polite and friendly. Appointments were ALWAYS on time. Dr Kaz does an amazing job taking time with every patient and parent each appt discussing current progress through every stage. Most importantly, my daughter never once minded going to her Orthodontist appts! She loved the staff and Dr Kaz. Our younger daughter is beginning the process for braces now as well, and we will definitely be staying with this office!!
