Hired by contractor during flip that we purchased in August 2020. Replaced entire flat roof with PVC material. Started leaking in April 2021. They tried to not find our job in their records saying they got a new system and can't honor their 25 year warranty. Since we never got the opportunity to see a receipt cause the contractor hired and paid for the job as part of our purchase negotiations, luckily our realtor tracked down copy of the check in our home purchase papers. I'm giving this roofing contractor a big "0". They were formally Premier Roofing and installed my roof in June 2018. They cut corners which I pointed out and I have paid the price for their cost-cutting. I contacted Rob Hall on June 6th, he informed me that they will cover previous installations under Premier and I then informed him of a leak. He turned me over to another person who never followed up. I contacted Brian Kreiger the owner by phone and text, he assured me he would have someone out. Unfortunately, I can't give American Board Up a "0" because that is what they deserve. I had no interaction with this company until last week from a home claim this past July 2016. The owner of the company Brian, worked on our home at the request of a contractor. He was then paid and cash the check in Sept 2016. Feb 2017 he sent out at bill and intent to file a lien against our home. Upon inquiry, he informed me that our contractor did not pay him and that they told him he should bill us direct, along with telling him that we refused to pay him (this of course was not true

Premier Roofing replaced our roof two years ago. We were very happy with the roof and clean-up job. We had a couple of concerns after the job was completed. Premier Roofing came back to our house and immediately fixed the minor issues we had. The follow-up visits after the roof was done and paid for made us very happy. Good customer service.

We love our new roof from St. Louis Premier Roofing. Pierce and the office staff were great to work with. The team was very professional.
