We have put an emphasis on this skill being brought in house because we did not want to pass on the high cost of outsourcing the creation of these renderings like most builders will do.
Not only are they dedicated to what they do but they are there for you at all times of need. If I had to call for anything, they were there, the day of, or the next day. We had Keuler Construction build our home and we love it!! Their quality in my opinion is unmatched, they have always been extremely helpful when we wanted to make any changes during the building process, whenever we needed anything fixed, or if we have any questions about our house or changes to it now. Recently, we had them come back and remove our original deck and add a new awesome maintenance free deck. We have received numerous compliments on our new deck. Our experience with Keuler in 2014 was our first time building a home. We had heard horror stories about home builders in the past, so we approached it with a sense of skepticism.
Having gone through the entire experience, we couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Michele and Willy helped us through the design phase of the process and kept us informed of work plans. Dave was great as the foreman on site. He was always available to discuss our questions and did a great job ensuring all the subcontractor work went as planned.

We had an extensive remodel of our home in Verona, WI with Willy Keuler and his team. We also added an addition to the home. The final result was incredible quality and value that exceeded, by far, our expectations. The team became like family. Even our Golden Retriever Lizzie misses them.

We were looking to build a house in the Madison area, and contacted this builder. At the same time we were also thinking about remodeling an existing home, really all options for finding a place were on the table. Willie and his son were very willing to go into a house to look and see what we could remodel, and also in giving us information on what we could build and lots available. We ended up finding a house for sale that we didn't need to remodel, and never worked with them, but were very pleased with the time that they were willing to help us, and the time they spent helping us figure out all

I have been working with Keuler Construction for over 15 years. They have built me a beautiful home, done 2 additions, numerous commercial projects, and amazing remodeling work.
There has always been a clear understanding about drafting and the budget. Their drafting costs have always been lower in my experiences compared to competition.
All of us would like to get all of our favorite things put in our houses. However it's very unreasonable to think that you shouldn't have to pay for all of the upgrades that you desire. Keuler Construction has and was forthcoming in all of the upgrades that were
